Today’s activity is about finding effective ways to deal with the worries, fears, and stress that are so much a part of our recent days.
Acceptance is one of the hardest ideas, and one of the most important. Acceptance is not giving up, and it is not resignation. You can think of acceptance as the opposite of avoidance.

- Spend a moment thinking of someone you’d like to reach out to. Don’t think about this too hard – just go with the first person who comes to mind.
- Make a plan right now to connect with this person and then follow through on that plan today.
