Today we have another interactive activity for you. So, identify a friend or anyone you already know pretty well and with whom you are able to share your authentic feelings.
For 5 minutes, write about your thoughts and feelings about the recent changes in your life related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The deeper you allow yourself to go, the better. Don’t worry about spelling, sentence structure, or grammar. The only rule is that once you begin writing, continue to do so until your time is up.
Now, share and discuss what you wrote with the person you selected to engage with today.
