Hello and welcome back!

For today’s activity, we’ll ask you to spend a few minutes imagining you are on an island of good feelings and actions with someone.

Before you start, take a moment to consider the following questions:

  • What am I feeling grateful for today?
  • How am I creating laughter and love today?
  • How am I getting outside today?
  • How am I moving my body today?
  • What beauty am I creating, cultivating, or inviting today?
